Learn MoreI was quick to be checked in, and everyone was so kind and professional. My appointment was early in the morning, so after 20 minutes from arrival we were ready to start. I didn't feel rushed to leave after, either. Lots to do for your driver while waiting as well on a floor above in the center.
The staff ,nurses ,anesthesiologist and doctors were all exceptional. Communication was a strong point for all staff and kept me informed throughout the process. I felt at ease with the staff and they ensured my experience was a great one. Dr Fink spoke to me before and after procedure which was great even with his workload. Great experience
I scheduled my appointment and waited a month to see a doctor about a pain in my abdomen. The day before my appointment I was sent a text message saying that my appointment was cancelled because they did not accept my insurance. This information could and should have been passed on to me when I made the appointment, now I have to find another doctor and keep waiting. I never got to see their doctors or nurses but their insurance department and office staff can do better.
To be quite honest everything was great with the office staff and doctors but my problem with going there is the parking lot garage. I brought my husband there and parked in the lower garage and they have leeks in the concrete so now I have lime stains on the hood of my car that are not coming off. My car is only two years old. Everyone I call has me call someone else. Now the man I'm supposed to get in contact with does not answer and doesn't call back. There is no way I'm letting this go especially when I heard this is something they knew about. What I need to know is their liability insurance carrier if someone would only give me that information.

The staff is nice but the follow up is basically non existent. I had to call and leave messages in order to hear back from someone to let me know the results of my examination. My colonoscopy was inconclusive so I received phone calls to reschedule that (prep for the appointment is a whole different story), of course. Why would I go back and I have to harass them to get feedback? So my search for proper gastro care continues…
